CITY TAX
Starting from 2013, in the Borough of San Michele al Tagliamento - Bibione, a city tax of € 0,70 per night /per adult, referred to 3 stars hotel, will be applied to hotel guests by the council authority. The tax is applied for stays from the 1st of Mai to the 30th of Setember. The tax is not included in the rate, and must be paid directely at the hotel. Children from 0 up to 2 years (before birthday), disabled not self-sufficient guests and their helper are excluded from the payment of the tax.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT:
Cash Payments: up to 3.000,00 euro per adult person.
Credit Cards accepted: Visa, Euro/Master card, Bancomat, Maestro, Carta Si, EC-Card. Diners and American Express are not accepted. Guests are requested to check the daily limit of their credit card and to finalise payment the day before departure.

after receiving confirmation of your reservation via e-mail, please send us a deposit. Reservations are only valid after reception of a down payment of € 200,00 for room. In case of CANCELLATION the deposit will not be refunded but used for another stay.

reservations are considered as confirmed after the release of details of a credit card to guarantee the booking (just as a guarantee, the payment is provided at the hotel).
Reservation can be CANCELLATION without penalty within 7 days from the proposed date of arrival. If cancellation or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
In no case will the confirmation deposit be returned; however, it can be used for another stay during the course of the current year or following year.
For bookings completed via credit card: in the event of no show or cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the arrival date, the cost of one day will be deducted from the card.
Prices are per day, per person for a minimum 3 night stay.
CHECK IN from 11 am to midnight.
Please contact the hotel if arrival is expected to be after 8 pm.
CHECK OUT by 10 am.
